Assistant Coaches / Volunteers / Chaperones
Alcoa City Schools welcomes all school non-staff coaches/volunteers/chaperones. In accordance with Alcoa City Schools Board Policy 4.501 all non-staff coaches/volunteers must complete an application and a fingerprint background check. We also require all chaperones of an overnight trip to have a background check and Skyward application on file. Please remember that falsification of required information may subject the person to criminal prosecution and that the applicant’s status with Alcoa City Schools is conditional pending a criminal records history review.
To become a non-staff coach/volunteer please follow the steps below:

- Complete the confidentiality agreement, Click HERE.
- Obtain a TBI fingerprint background check (Click HERE for directions).
