School Support Organization Agreement
This form must be completed by all school support organizations.
SSO Annual Information Form
This form must be submitted to the Director of Schools before the start of each school year.
SSO Annual Financial Report
This form must be submitted to the Director of Schools before the end of each school year.
SSO Financial Review and Inspection (Monthly)
This form must be completed on a monthly basis (for internal use).
SSO Proposed Fundraising Activities
This form must be submitted to the Director of Schools for any proposed fundraising activities. The Director of Schools must approve the activity before the SSO can begin the fundraiser.
